I have made a payment of eight hundred to MyPrivateTutor.com through ccavenue Gateway on 23rd Dec. The payment has been deducted from my account. But when I call to MyPrivateTutor.com people, I get a reply that they have not received a payment yet and it is @ ccavenue only. When I call to bank people, I get an answer that payment has been processed successfully from bank and cannot get it revert back. Its been seven days now and I am still in search of where my payment is landed. who is responsible for it, MyPrivateTutor.com, ccavenue or bank. I believe it is either of ccavenue or MyPrivateTutor.com.
