My first Debit Card blocked in ATM Machine on 23 April which I recieved on around 16 May and on same day during the first transaction again blocked in the machine. I agree this might be a technical issue. But this time I recieved my card after 09 or 10 days but did not recieved the pin code for that, But whenever I call to customer care I get the message it will be delivered within 4 working days but upto the current date its still not delivered. Once I recieved message that the card has been returned due to wrong address but I want to know if the address is wrong then how I recieved the Debit Card on the same address and I also the got the delivery of cash at the same address. Moreover I called 12 or 13 times in Customer Care but got the same statement IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN NEXT 4 WORKING DAYS. Plz look into the matter and revert me at my cell number or my mail ID.
