Opening the current a/c

Sir,

I want to open my current a/c in your Panki, Kanpur-208020 branch, I full fill all the requirement but the staff of bank unnecessary hears me and does not accept the passport in adderrss proof they want phone bill as the address proof I also summit my firm registration certificate and import export certificate issued by government Of India, but they return me and ask me to come with telephone bill. They return me three times. I have not much more time as I am donning the business of Hospital equipments. At last I decide to not open the account in SBI. So I tell you that if the behavior of your staff is not good then you lose your customer. As I know you are largest bank in India so no matter for you if one customer returns. so plz take necessary action if you thing that is wrong.
