10ps calling not active

I have formed a friends group still i m not having 10ps calling on those numbers.

i was informed to form another group but i m not able to break from group to form another group.

my request on *110# is not being processed.

i am trying to make group from 10 days stll i didnt form group.

please help me out or else i have to switch to other service.
