Not getting Good Service

I had to write this email message to my ISP. Please check!

Hi,

My name is Phil, I am your customer since 1 year, and know what I have experienced? Every time I call your Customer Service Number (080 60607070), they can not even note down my login username? What is this man? What am I paying for? Why I am paying for this lousy and boring service where other ISP has more better service. My Internet Connection is very very much slower then Dial-up connection (not even getting 56Kbs!) sir! Thats where I came to know about your service. Please come and take your box from my terrace and remove your wires from my room.

Why are they ignoring their own Customers, they take huge amount of rentel every month and not giving good service.
