I am Jayakodi from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 25 Years (from Nov 1983) my consumer No.-10328 of Fuels India, (Ph: 044-28117496, 24112248 & 09380222450), also SMS Booking No. 098416 46669, I made booking on 22.08.2008 through SMS, when I made SMS Booking, I got confirmation message from 919841838166 as bellow:
Your cylinder is booked successfully with FUELS INDIA BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTERS. Your confirmation number is 30
However, till today (7th Sep) near by 17days gone, the cylinder has not been delivered, and continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas. But till now there is no news.
very big compliant FUELS INDIA always not picking the telephone we we are making call (or) always Engaged booth of numbers, in this reason we are book through SMS only. this problem not only this time more then the year we are facing problem.
please try solve this problem and thanks your attentence
