Not recieving account kit

I am opened an salary account in hdfc bank on 9 feb, but still not having account kit, why?

i am afraid that if anybody used my cheques or debit card for self use then?

just say that how many day hdfc takes to give me my kit, if there will be any late then i closed my account and opened it in icici bank or axis bank, ok.

i have confirmed that account on my mobile and want to have as soon as possible.
