Bad product and worst service

Hi

I had purchased a furniture set on 2/10/08 from Vashi (navi mumbai) Big Bazaar. Firstly the furniture was delivered after 40 days (comitement was 15 days) that too after following up for number of times. Now the bed has broken down and is not in usable condition. Even after complaining for several times, nothing has been done. Whenever I complain, a false promise is made by store manager that the complain will be attend shortly but nothing has been done since last 1 month. Have never encountered expected such a fraud by a reputed company like future group.
