Hi,
This is Prashant an old client of ICICI Bank who is been religiously making dues payment before due date.
It was I who called up these guys to get my card renewed and I was told that since it is been taken by Future Group I have to give confirmation.
So a request was taken and along with that a address change request was taken for which I was told that it will take another 15 days for address change request and 3 days for card to get delivered.
After which I called up in another 20 days and I was surprised to hear that no request was been taken and the full process has to be followed once again and it will take another 15 days.
What should a customer do in this case?
The request is not been taken by customer service department and the customer is simply wasting his time following up with the renewal process, I think future group is not interested in renewing old customers :)
