FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD
NON REFUND OF IPO AMOUNT

I have invested in FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD. ipo by Application No.: 44281684 Amount Paid: 6120 but neither i got shares nor refund of money though more than A YEAR have passed and i am short of funds.

I tried to contact them many a times but they say that my refund amount has been refunded to:

Bank Name: ICICI BANK

A/c No : 005501016188

Refund Mode: FT

Code : 462229002

and say me to contact the icici bank account holder and ask them to return money then only they can refund us the money. So i contacted him and requested him to please check his account details and return money but he straight away refused to do so. now what should i do?
