FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD
Non refund of IPO payment made

Dear sir,

I had applied for 128 shares of Future capital holdings Ltd., and no shares have been allotted to me vide my application No: 71002022 through my Kotak securities account.

But so far the refund of Rs.97920/- has not been crediteded to my account till date.

I have also sent an email on 12th Febraury and a reminder on 14th Febraury, but there is no response at all.

I tried to contact over the phone many a times but I always get a reply that the number was engaged. with this sort of service and response, one must think twice to subscribe to the companies where Intime Spectrum Registry is involved.

Can anybody help me in realising this amount from them without loosing time as the delay involves lot of financial costs to me without my fault.
