Non reciept of refund orde

Dear Sir,

I have applied for 128 shares of the above mentioned co through IPO amounting to Rs 97920.00 on 16 Jan through cheque no 393451 of syndicate bank Raipur (C.G), and same was debited to my account on 19 jan. Till date Ihave neither recd any allotment advice nor any refund orders. Though two months have been passed and inspite of my telephonic and written complaints no body has responded to my grevience. I am working lady and it is my hard earned money and nobody has right to keep the same in suspense account.
