Refund of IPO not Received

Hello,

I have made an application on of the “Future Capital IPO" Dt.14th Jan & the same got rejected & didn’t get any allocation on the same. Sir, till date I have not received any refund amount to my Demat Saving Account # 002001036311 which contains of DP ID - IN302902 & Client ID = 40600226 which is opened with ICICI Direct.

Requesting to guide me to collect the REFUND cheque which is given while IPO Application No. 1-1475579
