I had a post paid connection which i wanted to disconnect. But i received 1st rent for the connection after 1 year completion, which i paid & requested to disconnect. Now in Jan i receive a bill again!!!
When asked they say i should have given a written request. In Dec i personally visited to get the disconnection done & the lady there never said anything about a letter. She took down my number & said it will be done.
