The WORST EVER Service Backup

Hi,

This is to infrom you that I have purchased Music system on 17 May form PHILIPS Arena - L.D. BHAVE -PUNE

I was promissed that demo for the same will be given with in 48 hrs... But till date I have not received any such DEMO.

Moreover on 21 May i.e after 5 days I received call from PHILIPS customer care center & they have promissed to give the demo on the same day time 6 pm... but I was waiting at my home & the service person did come neither he had given any feed back.

In short... in my opnion you PHILIPS is having WORST Ever backup & negligence for the customer.
