Bill recipt of postpaid connection

I had shifted my plan from pre-paid to post-piad connection in July with 699 plann for annual rental cost in GAIL corporate plan. I had given the payment of 699 to ne of your agent.

While the account has been activated and using the same, . but I have not received the payment received of one time payment made i.e. Rs.699. It is requested to provide the same at the earliest
