No resolution has been sought despite of me complaining on 121. As per the instructions given by the voice message i had submitted my id and address proof details along with a fresh filled form to that same shop from where i took the connection. For my id proof i have submitted my pan card photocopy company ID photograph and for address proof submitted a photocopy of electri bill. But no action has been taken yet. i inform my bank to stop payment of cheque which i given as security diposite.
