Not ready to give service

I purchased lg3600 on 25 oct it started giving problem from 20 aug when i visited lg care he refused to give free service when i asked the reason he told the phone warranty comes from the date of manufacturing not from the date of purchase, lg cdma mobiles available in the market are of 2008 manufacturing dates ie apr/may months. so, i request the oficial of lg mobiles to look into the matter and give service to the customers.. hoping of reply early as possible
