I applied for my passport in the month of November and have not received my passport till date. I applied for the passport on 10-11. I have got all the verifications done and that has been received by the passport office in Lucknow, UP.
I see only one update from the last 6 months " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week s time".
After this, I have not seen any more update. This is heights of irresponsibilities shown by the Passport officials. I have already missed a chance to travel abroad on behalf of my compay.
Can someone please help me in getting my passport? I am really begging for it. FYI... the passports of all others following my file no. have been dispatched long back.
I really do not understand as to what is holding the passport officials to release my passport.
This passport office is not trust worthy. The govenrment should ensure that asleast the citizens of India are not deprived of getting an identity.
