Non receipt of parcel

A parcel sent by M/s. Mikata, Chinaon vide Docket No. EB059354429CN 3.11.08 has not yet received at our end. As per EMS Post, Ahmedbad Office, they sent parcel to their Surat Branch

on 5th Nov., as SP BAG #640. SPC Surat Sr. No.1/3 (Ahd. RMS/3) Sr. No.7/12.

When we contacted Surat Office with these details, it was told by them that they have already sent the parcel to the sub-branch nearest to our Company ie Chalthan Branch, but, the Chalthan staff says no parcel has been arrived at their end till date. These type of poor response are getting from EMS Personnel.
