I booked household goods vide Consignment no-683722 dated-07/07 with AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS LTD, EAST DELHI AREA OFFICE, for shifting from DELHI to KOLKATA, but on 13/07 part items were delivered and the company did not deliver 3 packets vide sl no 13, 36 & 37 having recorded Insured value of Rs 16000/= as against total Insured value of Rs 100000/= for 39 packets and replacement value of three packets of Rs 1.50 Lac approx.. But till date, the Company has neither arranged delivery of missing three packets nor has arranged payment of Value of goods inspite of regular SMS/PHONE CALL/E-MAIL to them.
