I send one important cover to M/S Shahi Exports, Bangalore

via AWB NO. A003686511 through your courier. Still that cover

not reached, due to this we will forced to face huge lose of around

Rs.40000/- .

I call your customer care, still not get any reply from your

side.

I need your explanation on this regard.
