Less Gas and bad response

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that one of your dealer Tanu Gas Service, Achrya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phese 1 is giving very bad service in this area. It is very difficult to book gas as nobody picks up phone in their office. They have provided two no. 22756811, 22752594 both the numbers are either always busy are it keeps ringing but nobody picks up. After trying for so many hours some body may pick and take the booking. If we miss to book gas at 9.30 we can not do it in entire day. You can make a survey in this area and come to know about his service. Moreover we have observed that gas is also less. Please look in to the matter at the earliest or else we shall be forced to move to consumer court.
