Am staying in flat, in our appartment we have inbuild gas supply system tht is meter system, till last few month the company people itself (bharath gas) used to come every month and collect the money @ the rate of 74paise/unit. then our society people took the responcibility of collecting the money, as soon they took the responsibility they charged 80paise/unit. Now just 2 month passed they are charging 90paise/unit now.
My question is according to law its not possible to incraese the price for any govt consumable products. are they allowed to increase the ammount as thier wish? i want to complaint against this act. it may look just 90paise/unit but when u convert it to consumed amount it comes verry high
eg: if consumed is 600 unit then the amount payable will be Rs.540
but the actual amount which is fixed according to gove price that is 74paise (now it has reduced i guess)
will be just Rs.444. it means they make around 100 Rs. profit from each flat, we have 30 flats in our appartment. it means they make profit of around Rs.3000 every month which actually they wont pay to the Gas company.
i kindly request to comment on this act and take necesrry action on this act. i will support with more information if you are taking action on this act.
