Gas cylinder
Incorrect gas weight refilled

Hi,

I stay near Lingampally area, Hyderabad. I have a small 5kg cylinder used to serve for cooking purpose.

every time i refilled the gas in the nearby area he charges rs 200 for 5 kgs and filles approx 3.5 kgs. When i questioned him he says the reading will show like that only. This happend in most of the small scale shops.

How can we complain and take action against them?
