Cylinder booked on dated 10.11.2009 but yet not delivered, Whenever I reminde the agency (Parul Gas Agency, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-84) they told me that your cylinder will be booked on 02.12. but I have not received the earlier booked cylinder.
