I am Pradeep chauhan, and I have a complaint to submit, my Indian Oil Gas connection number is 17631, I had registered fresh cylinder on 02 Dec by phone to :-

Janak puri, New Delhi 110058 on phone numbers 011-2553990, 25553988.
My matter for discomfort is despite my booking cylinder on 02 Dec and personnal visit by my mother to above office twice and repeated call on 14 Dec and 15 Dec on ibid numbers for asking the status of booking, no action or satisfying reply has been given to my.
I tried calling the owner of the agency on 9891151705, he talked to me once and after that he disconnected the phone and never answered my call since morning.
It is requested that please look into the matter, now it has reached extreme, I never wanted to complaint as I am a customer i also have rights. Further it is requested that necessary actin to be taken against agency.
