Non working of Gas Geyser since last two years

Sir,

I am sorry to inform you again and again that Gas Geyser installed by M/s Selz Business Centre, Sector 26, Chandigarh on 1st October at my residence #2021, Verka Enclave, Sector 49 C, Chandigarh is not working properly which is under warranty. I have made many complaints to your company approximately for the last two years but inspite of various visits of Mr. Mahesh Attari, Service Engineer the problem could not be rectified completely and the geyser is not working properly since then. Mr. Jitender Kumar, Branch Service Head had also visited at my residence in this regard but the problem is still existing. I have observed that the Gas Geyser purchased by me is acutally defected piece and is having manufacturing problem. It is therefore requested that my gas geyser may be replaced with the new one immediately as I am harrassed a lot. I am a regular customer of Bajaj appliances and purchased most of the items like fans, exhaust fans, mixers, press etc. I have not faced any problem of other items except gas geyser, which is having manufacturing defects.

In view of the above, it is therefore requested that the gas geyser may please be replaced immediately failing which I will be compelled to go for Consumer Court for replacement as I have made complaints approximately ten times to your company to rectify the gas geyser which your company couln't be able to rectify.

Thanks and hoping favourable action for replacement of my gas geyser as requested.
