I used Gati Professional Packers & Movers to move my furniture from Mumbai to Chandigarh in December. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They lost an important part of my 4 door wardrobe rendering it useless. While they happily charged me for insurance, I was later informed that the insurance only covers accident and fire. How does that make sense? These people don’t realize the loss their negligence causes. If you are smart, you’ll never use them!!
