LLate delivery of LPG Sylinde

I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer n. 13479A. My address is RZ-C-9/17, Mhavir Enclave, palam, New Delhi -45.I had booked my LPG on 27.11.2008 and they delivered it on 11.12.2008. I have single sylinder I have to face great problems without having gas. Kindly take the n/a against the employees who are responsible for this.
