Dear sir,

I am Guthi praveen kumar. I am working in Gemini Communication Ltd

in Bangalore.

In my company as per the rules they open my Account in AXIS BANK

I have recived the PIN and ACCOUNT numbers..But not yet recived the

Debit card

My Axis Bank Account number is 168010100268066

Please help me to get my Debit card.

And once i viseted to Bangalore main branch..regarding this issue

They told that my account is registerd in chennai state ANNASALLI
