GDA Kolyel Enclave Scheme
No Darw. Holding peoples' money

GDA's Koyel enclave scheme was launched in Feb. No March. More than a year time... still they are not drawing the lottery and intenetially holding peolples money. very unfair.

I called to GDA and asked about the tentative draw date of the koyel enclave scheme. They answered very unprofessionally and just gave me clue that may be after election... No confirmation... GDA wants to make money by peoples moeny... and most importantly they now target the Economicolly Weaker people... EWS!!! we should raise voice...
