G E Cash Card
Non -confirmirming the payment made

Dear Sir,

I am GE Cash Card Holder. I dropped a cheque No. 777059 dt. 01/09 for Rs. 2379/- in favor of GE Cash Card No. 4211 8920 1483 8673 drawn on ICICI bank Ltd. Gurgaon Branch, sector-14 Gurgaon-122001. The same was dropped at Sky Pak box, Lalit watch Co. Bhargava Place, Gurgaon-122001 on 01/09 (Evening). I got confirmation of payment in this regard from ICICI Bank by SMS.

Your customer care is harassing me by making frequent calls & saying that they have not received payment & told me That They were adding late fee charges in my account, Inspite of tracing the cheque in question in their office since 01/09/08. Please solve this matter & reply by return mail. i never delayed my payment on due dates. You can check my payment record.
