Personal Loan Settlement

Hi,

I'm G Narsing Rao holding personal loan with GE Money with "A/C: RSHS00025545", I did Final settlement with the bank of amount Rs 7500.00 on 31st OCTOBER and my PAN IS "AEBPG8673G", i request the Civil Law to release my A/C with Green Chit. Where in i can deal with other banks for personal loans.
