I have already paid near about Rs.58, 000/- against loan of Rs.39, 800/-, but till I have to pay Rs.31, 729.99/- according to their statement dated, 14.1.2009. Whereas I have to pay as useal normal payment with interest @36% is Rs.65, 957.46/- in the span three years, i.e. I have taken loan against cash card No, 4211892015371955, and I also receiving threatening over the telephone form Delhi. What should I do?
