Abusive language used by call centre

Dear sir

i have loan from GE Money and has been not able to clear last two installments for the same.

Today a call center authorised by GE Money to collect installments on their behalf called from telephone number 011-66090179, their was a lady who on calling back came to know was by name Cyiya Khan called my home and used abusive very very bad language.

i need corrective action to be taken against the same
