GE Money Consumer Loan
Wrong information given to CIBIL

Hello,

My name is Milind Kharat staying at Flat No. 43, 5th Floor, LOTUS PLUS, Viveknagar, Akurdi, Pune - 411035.

I have borrowed Consumer Loan from GE Money on Jan for Refrigerator & Washing Machine for Feb - May period on Rs. 1000/- EMI basis.

My POD cheque has bounced due to SIGN DIFFERENCE for May and GE Money started followed up with me for money.

I have asked GE Money for photo copy of cheque as evidence, but they were not ready to provide me any evidence that time.

Last month again GE Money started asking money. I have paid EMI Rs. 1000/- and cheque bounce fee Rs.901/- in cash at there Pune Office.

Recently I have applied for Car Loan from AXIS Bank and Bank rejected my file due to found my name in CIBIL against GE Money loan.

My CIBIL Control No. is 378503194.

CIBIL is showing 12 cheque bounce cases against my name, where in actual there is one cheque bounce case only.

I am requesting to remove my name from CIBIL, as I have already paid EMI & other charges to GE Money and it was a sign difference case, was not any deliberate attempt.

Also attaching Statement of GE Money Loan Repayment showing CLEAR status on repayment for your reference.

Kindly clear my name from CIBIL or guide me to clear it.
