I am Arun Kumar BHardwaj i m using GE Money Credit Card 4211892016209279 last 2 years. i am paying all payments time to time before due dates. last two months before i am using 4070 Rs. and issuing a cheque from my current account cheque book and account avialable balence is sufficent for passing the cheque from my account. after 12 days call me and say your cheque is bounce due to unsufficent found on your account so i visited to my bank South Indian Bank Nirman Vihar Delhi 110092 baranch to confirm my cheque is bounce or not. but cheque can't present on my account and no any charges made for chaque bouncing. i am calling in GE Money Customer Care For This case and they send me a cheque memo (Front Xroxe Copy of My Cheque) but they Don't Send me back copy of cheque where the claring stamp and returning reson slip zerox copy. my next bill is 7321 Rs including 500 Extra Charges i recieved and i call again customer care to deducting my extra chargesfirst you will pay this amount i am paying 7321 Rs. but they can't deducts my charges in next stetment so i am not paying rest amount 1100 some thing
Plz justic and resolve my problem i will pay genuien amount.
