Poor quality tyre

I had purchase captivia from Nikhil motor vashi in the month of March the car has run only 7200km till date. in the month of April the tyre had busted on the J J fly over i spoke to their helpline number they told me to take the tyre to their service center Nikhil motor for replacement after keeping the tyre for 10 days they wrote to me that the tyre cannot be replaced as per the company norms. in this connection i would like to inform the people they are supplying captivia cars with low quality tyres i.e henko make why cant they provide bridgestone or other good company tyres they are selling the car for Rs 22 lakhs and playing with people life by providing bad tyres that bust by itself as the inner and outer walling of the tyres are very weak.

if this had happen in any other country then india they would have replaced the tyres without any delay but here they feel that people life are of no important for them and they can do what they feel right i would cautious all people to think before buying general motor product as what they preach they dont follow i.e they say 3 years warranty but at the time of warranty they shrink their responsibility and ask for payment . thanks
