Non-Refund of Money

Dear sir,

Please note that i have cancelled the Ticket due to non confirmation of the 3A-bearth (2 passenger) of PNR no:4263181530/dt; 26-05, station from: Udupi to Vadodara.

I have booked the ticket through ICICI credit card. On cancellation of ticket that has been assured that money will be credited to the the account (e-payment) by NAVI MUMBAI commercial office. Accordingly we have sent the details to through registered post to NAVI MUMBAI.But till now we have not recived any amount. The amount of Ticket is Rs2302.

Requested to take action emmediately.
