Sub: Refund of Money

Dear Sir

I have bought a car CHEVERLET SPARK 1.0 LS from your one of the dealer - M/sTriumph Motors at E 12/29, Middle Circle, Harsh Bhawan, Cannought Place, New Delhi – 110001 vide their Invoice No. 0198 dated 18.05.2007. Simultaneously I went for three year cashless service contract vide R.No. TM/CP/0359 dt. 22.05.2007 for Rs. 7599.00

When I went for my 1st service (in the month of July) at authorized centre in Faridabad, they asked for the service contract document/booklet, which I never received from the dealer. Since I was not carrying enough cash I have to leave the car caused me humiliation and delay in getting my car back only because of their negligence.

In the matter I was in contact with Mr. Raman Seth on telephone since August but received only false promises and than I have sent:

1. First reminder to company on 21.05.2008

2. Second reminder on 23.06.2008.

3. Third reminder on 04.07.2008 to Mr. Arun Kr. Acharya, AGM of Triump Motors

But all my efforts were of no use.

Now I am seeking your advice and help in the matter otherwise I will be left with no other option but to move to consumer forum.

Besides what I have mentioned in my reminders, I want to place on record as follows:

1. I have already paid Rs 7599.00 for three years cash less services (more than a year back)

2. Instead of getting cash less services for three year, I am paying for getting my car services and have paid Rs. 6419.00 till date.

3. I have already paid and still paying, isn’t it a double loss (more than double) and further deprived from the benefit of your three years cash less service.

4. After three years (from the date of Car purchase) I must have spent Rs. 20, 000.00 approx. This is another loss of Rs. 12, 500.00 (Note: As per GM’s promise Rs. 13, 000.00)

Now you visualize yourself where is my fault and see my monetary loss just for a sheer negligence.

In the matter, if you can help I would highly appreciate, but in case you can’t help, still I want your reply.

Thanks and regards

Thanking You

Yours faithfully
