Respected Sir,
I purchased optra cheverlot car (diesel version) from GENERAL MOTORS India through its so called dealer Dada Motors Jalandhar. Now its registration no. is PB 37E 0565 .For the last more than one month, its steering has been making a lot of unwanted noises. The car was sent to dada motors service station for rectifying the problem for six or seven time, but the problem has not been sought out uptill now. Rather the officials/Mechnics created a no. of other problems. Its position is now not more than a second hand car. The mechanices of the company opened a no. of components without my permission, and even these could be re-affixed in a proper manner.
Now the noises from this car are as the nosies on a tractor.
Infact this car has been fully spoiled at the hands of mechanics of the company.
IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
I also gave ring on 30308080 and complianed the matter at least about fifty times. One employee Mr. Manoj also tried to quarrel with me a no. of times and even he blamed that I might not have been driving the car properly. I also sent a no. of emails to the company at their email id [email protected] but all proved fatal
I also asked them to give the phone no and email id of the owners of this stupid company, but all proved the said manoj Kumar and other flately refused.
In fact this car is of no more use.
Please look into the matter and do the necessary.
I am also ready to sell it at loss. The company has just BEFOOLED AND LOOTED ME BY SELLING THIS STUPID NUISANCE USELESS CAR AND GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES.
