I am a consulting engineer based in connaught place, new delhi.
I had purchased my optra 1.6 on feb. 2005 from Shiva Motors, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP.
For the last 18 months I am observing rusting in whole of the body except roof. It is highly unsafe & with full of risks while using this vehicle. I complained several times but of no use. When I reached area manager Mr. Kaushik Patra ([email protected]), he refused to even look at the problem. He straight away replied that warranty period is over. Can anybody ask him that warranty period is not the expected life period of any product.
Its surprising to see such an irresponsible action from the representative of world leader company, GM.
How a company like GM can claim to be committed to integrity & ethical principles and offering best in class products & services. But it is unfortunate to say that they are not at all bothered about the customers. I tried to sell in the market. Not even a single person took interest. However most of them compared it with the failure causes in Fiat products.
But now i have decided that I will try my best to get rid of their dictatorship & use my resources and contacts in media, political or anywhere to get my dues
