I had purchased general house hold items from Big Bazaar on 11th Oct'09. There was a scheme on Nilons pickles (one free on one). But while billing they had billed me for both. During billing I had asked regarding the same, but the counter clerk told me that their system will automatically deduct the amount. But when checked the bill at Home, observed that there was a excess billing. Since the number of items were more I could not check teh same.
Also for there was some biscuit free on the item for which I had to ask the CSD, which was very crowded. Hence I have to leave without collecting the free gift.
The stores with good reputation are just cheating the customers in teh name of good brand. The same need to be exposed as an attempt to caution the customers, against fraudulent practices adopted.
