I was working with M/s. Geo Chem Laboratories (P) Ltd., for the period from 1986 to 2008. After resigning from my service i have applied for provident fund withdrawl form through M/s.
Geo-Chem Laboratories (P) Ltd., vide their letter ref. GC/MUM/PP/PM/619 dated 03.10.2009 and the same was said to be received at your office on 07.10.2009.
Kindly note that I have not received my PF settlement till now after laps of morethan 60 days. Being a patient, i am in need of money for my medical treatment, so kindly take an immediate action to look into the matter and to settle my PF amount/claim without any further delay.
