Complaint of regional manager Mr. GEO JOSE for harrassment

This is to inform you that i have sent this mail of complaint of Mr.geo jose (regional manager of geogit financial servies ltd.) to geogit custcare dept and MR.KAMAT (state head-maharashtra) but till now i havn't seen any action toward Mr. GEO.

I am not able to trade because of this and thereby facing a financial loss.

complaint:

My name is shailesh rathod.my contact no. is 9819116162. My account is with dombivali branch in central mumbai and my client code is MKS390.

This is to inform you that i am a client of geogit from the past couple of months. When i opened my account with geogit i am very much satisfied with company.

But from the past few days its not going well. i am having very much huge disappointment when i am in the branch.i am having complaint of the regional manager GEO JOSE which handles mumbai region.

last week when i was in the branch probably in wednesday coming for trading and give the chq of 15k. at that time Mr. GEO has told me that... tujhe kam dhanda nahi hai kya? tu yaha kyun aata hai? to roz mujhe yaha par dikhata hai... I told him that i am coming for my own purpose.and than i let go that incident but i was very irate as behaviour was very rude with me.

After that yesterday that is on 29 jan again i came to the branch after mkt hrs for my trading details. Mr. GEO again told me there that... tu kam dhanda Nahi karta kya? than suddenly tell me tu kal se yaha par dikhna nahi chahiye? chal nikal yaha se abhike abhi, chal nikal.kal yaha par aa aur account kal ke kal band karde samazha.and again behave very rudely and insult me.

So i want to ask some question to you.

I think every company/firm has its own code of conduct and working accordingly. so this is your company code of conduct and ethics?

Is this is good behaviour of regional manager Mr. GEO JOSE? is this is the way of speaking with client?

Why Mr. GEO has ask such silly questions again and again? I think question which he has asked me has nothing to do with geogit and me.

Why this manager is not doing his own business instead of behaving rudely with client and harassing client without any reason.

who is he giving order me to close my account without my fault and giving Dhamaki of not come to the branch. I think i have right to access facilities which is offered by geogit. and if he close my account than i want reason.

Who give him right to insult and behave rudely with clientin front of others? is it geogit...

Mr. GEO is employee of geogit and has to work in that way. he is not my boss.keep in mind this thing.

I want apology from Mr. GEO JOSE or i want very strict against such person who creates bad image of the company and hurt other clients and forced to close account which is loss to the comapany in terms of wealth and goodwill.

GEOJIT logo is Driven By Trust. after all this can i trust? if yes than show me your action against Mr. GEO.

i want prompt action from your side and ensure such incidents never happen in future.
