Delay in opening of Trading Account

Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been 25 days (Applied on 23rd Jan) since i have applied for a trading account with Geojit financial services (Bandra branch, Mumbai).

Repeated mails led to a reply which primarily is unsatisfactory and incomplete.

After repeated mails GEOJIT service executive gave me a reason of "case of incomplete address"

KEY CONCERNS:

My trading account is still not open

I have not received any call or letters from the company communicating the delay

Concerns about the service they will offer me afterwards.

MY POINT:

I had submitted my Liscense proof which has the complete address.

They never communicated me the problem till the first 15 days.

After repeated mailing and calling led to them giving an excuse of the "incomplete address"

PLEASE LOOK IN THE MATTER
