As I have subjected above, I would like to explain that due to the tie break up of geojit & axisbank we the customer is facing problems. As I am a trader and I have f&o positions too but due to this tie break-up of geojit & axis bank I am facing problems 1. Cannot roll over the positions 2. To square off the positions. This tie break up news we have got on 24th February from the customer care service of geojit. But after that I have tried lot of times to the customer care for the transfer of the account to geojit and I have given several emails to the [email protected] also but they always used to say that there is no branch in dimapur and the nearest branch i.e., Kolkata branch will contact you but till date no such contact They have given the last date of 20.03.2011 & 31.03.2011.
I just simply want to know we the customer, why we will be harassed of such a tie break up kindly guide us what to do for this matter, I really want to take this matter to the highest level because of this irresponsibitly on behalf of the geoji & axis bank. There should be a law that without the prior approval of the customer there should be any negotiations otherwise there should be threat to this companies of license being cancelled but this India they know that a customer cannot do anything.
