Lost of ATM card

Dear sir,

i sachin roshan working in GGE Power Pvt. Ltd. (Surat). I have an salary account in union bank (a/c no-308002010907662 and my ATM card no.-4213683080016486) East Patel Nagar (New Delhi). I have lost my ATM card when i was tring to contact customer care then there was no reply fom them.

So reply me the process to block the ATM card and reissued from the bank.
