Half made road in Shalimar Garden Extension II

A road before A block in Shalimar Garden Extension II is left with half made. It was started in sometime in November. Sand and rocks are filled in this road. But then it is lying with half made. I am a resident of A-61. May I know by when it will be completed. Or it is recorded as complete in offcial record.
